How Recommendations Are Chosen
We compare official port and cruise-line information with venue websites and public reviews. Logistics facts link to their sources and show when they were last checked. Restaurant, hotel, and activity picks are editorial choices, not paid placements.
The recommendations are based on research. CruiseDayGuide does not claim a personal visit to every place listed. When a changing detail cannot be confirmed, it is left out rather than guessed.
How the Site Is Funded
Some links earn a commission at no extra cost to the reader. Affiliate relationships do not decide which places appear in a guide. Hotel links run through Booking.com, packing-list items through Amazon, and tour links through Viator. Other partners appear on the site for insurance, park-and-cruise packages, cruise bookings, and daily parking.
Not all of those relationships pay us anything today. Where one does not, the link carries no tracking at all and the note beside it says so. How this site makes money is the standing list: every partner, and which ones earn us anything right now.
